Adrian Whitfield, industrial and logistics director for LSH on the south coast, said: ‘This is a welcome addition to an established and highly successful business park in a prime location.
‘It marks the first new speculative development in Hedge End since Flanders Industrial Park and Wellington Park in the late 1990s, and is the first multi-let industrial opportunity in the wider Southampton area for a decade.
‘We believe this new opportunity at Hamilton Business Park will fill a gap in the market for high quality industrial and warehousing space and capitalise on the strong rental growth experienced on older industrial stock in the last five years.’
