Pilot project will engage peoplewith learning disabilities with arts
Evolve is a pilot project aimed at addressing the problem that children, young people and adults with physical and learning disabilities and autism in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas do not have as much exposure to arts and culture as they should.
It will also aim to provide opportunities for people of all ages, living with a disability or autism, to engage with artwork across a range of art forms, from visual arts, to performance and music.
