University of Portsmouth tells students not to panic over results
While students may not have sat their exams this year, due to the coronoavirus pandemic, they will still be getting assessed results which will determine the next step in their futures.
The University of Portsmouth is expecting to be ‘very active’ in the Clearing process to help students secure places on its courses.

Hide AdDeputy vice-chancellor, Bernie Topham, said: ‘We are expecting a busy Clearing and Adjustment period, with many students delaying decisions in the hope for greater clarity on what the new academic year will look like and others re-considering their future plans and opportunities.
‘Our message is no matter how daunting it may feel, if your results weren’t what you’d expected, don’t panic. We welcome anyone interested to call or visit our website and talk through the options.’
The university’s Clearing hotline will be open from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm Friday. For any assistance students should call 023 9284 8081.
