Coronavirus: Prince of Wales comes out of self-isolation, royal family confirms

Prince Charles, 71, tested positive for Covid-19 last week and self-isolated at Birkhall in Scotland for seven days.
One week later, the Prince of Wales is apparently in good health, with the Duchess of Cornwall testing negative for the virus.

Hide AdA spokesman for Clarence House said: ‘Clarence House has confirmed today that, having consulted with his doctor, the Prince of Wales is now out of self-isolation.’
While isolating, Prince Charles continued to work at his desk and attend telephone meetings – and was captured on video joining the rest of the UK in applauding the country’s health workers on Friday.
David Miliband, president and chief executive of the International Rescue Committee said it was ‘very reassuring’ to hear the UK patron ‘keeping calm and carrying on’.
The prince will now be able to use Birkhall to go on walks for his recommended daily exercise.
