Free flower bulbs to brighten up community
 An estimated four million bulbs have been planted since the initiative in Fareham began 27 years ago.
Executive Member for Streetscene, Councillor Simon Martin, said: '˜I would encourage all residents to get involved and help get community green spaces ready for spring.'

Hide AdThe bulbs will be available from St Margaret's Nursery in Titchfield from September 5 until September 21 and the flowers must be planted within the community for the benefit of others to see.
