Tickets are just £2 and 10 per cent of the money raised will go to Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice, near Arundel, and St Barnabas House hospice in Worthing.
Painters Keep, a distinctive property in Seaview Avenue stands out along the treeline with its commanding views to the north across open fields and on towards the South Downs.
Built in 1925, it was the estate’s water tower and was converted to a dwelling in 1955. This was when it first acquired its distinctive name of Painter’s Keep, though it is known locally as The Tower.
Amy, who was brought up in Worthing, chose the children’s hospice as her official charity after leaving Love Island last year, having been supporting both Chestnut Tree House and St Barnabas House since she was a child.
The Dream Home Prize Draw was launched on Monday, July 20, and will run until August 31. The winner will be given the keys to Painter’s Keep, a detached four-bedroom house on the private Kingston Gorse estate.
Stamp duty up to £91,250 is covered, including second home duty and legal fees up to a maximum of £1,200.
