Police hunting man who sexually assaulted young girl walking her dog in Havant
The victim was with another girl, aged 10, in the Park House Farm Way area when they were approached by a stranger with a dog.
The man sexually assaulted the 13-year-old girl over her clothes before walking off.

Hide AdThe attack has prompted a safety warning by police to children across the area.
Detective Constable Barry Martin said: ‘This was a serious offence on a young girl, and we would like to speak to anyone who can help us identify the person responsible.
‘We are particularly keen to locate a family consisting of a man and a woman, and a boy and a girl aged between eight and ten years, walking a dog in the area at this time, as they may have witnessed something.
‘If anyone saw this incident, or saw a man of this description acting suspiciously in the area at this time then please contact police.

Hide Ad‘Additionally, if anyone can help us identify the man in the E-Fit then we would especially like to hear from you.
‘While we understand that incidents like this sound alarming, they serve as a reminder to remain alert and to not hesitate in contacting police if you see anything suspicious.
‘We would like to remind people, particularly young children, to stick to well-lit and busy areas when walking alone.’
The incident took place between 3pm and 3.30pm on Sunday, October 2.

Hide AdThe man has been described as white, aged in his 30s, with short brown hair, tattoos on both arms, and wearing a short sleeved white T-shirt and grey three quarter length tracksuit bottoms.
He was walking what was described as a staffy-type dog.
