Russian '˜arrested over Pompey fan attack at Euro 2016'
Andrew Bache, from Portsmouth was attacked at the tournament in Marseilles two years ago and suffered severe brain injuries.
He was placed in an induced coma, then aged 51.
The 31-year-old suspect has been arrested in Munich after arriving from Moscow by German police, the BBC reported.

Hide AdThe suspect, who was not named, could 15 years in prison if convicted for attempted homicide and grievous bodily harm.
German police did not name the victim but said he was 51 at the time, the same age as Mr Bache.
It has taken nearly 18 months to identify the suspect in a joint German and British police, the BBC reported.
An international arrest warrant was issued by French authorities late last year.

The Russian was on his way to Bilbao in Spain for a Europa League game.
PC Stuart Dickerson helped to save Mr Bache’s life at the riots and recalled seeing ‘about 150 Russian hooligans who were clearly trained in fighting’ in the ‘war zone’.
