The ‘violent’ street battle at the ‘busy’ location packed full of families with children was finally brought to a halt in a Marks and Spencer store after police arrested the three men involved.
Events kicked-off when Southampton fan Jack Jameson, 25, shouted abuse at Bournemouth supporters at Clapham Junction Station on March 31, 2018.

Hide AdCherries fans attempted to speak Jameson, of English Road, Southampton – but he headbutted one of them in the face.
Two of the fans – Harry Grant and Keiran Stephens – retaliated before the three men started scrapping in the public space.
‘Jameson hit Stephens in the shoulder with the glass bottle he was holding and Grant and Stephens repeatedly punched Jameson,’ Inner London Crown Court heard.
‘The fight continued into a Marks and Spencer’s store before British Transport Police (BTP) officers dispersed the group.

Hide Ad‘After the police intervention, Stephens continued to try and barge through officers to continue fighting with Jameson.’
Saints fans had been in the capital to see their team play West Ham while Bournemouth supporters were making their way home following a match against Watford.
All three men admitted affray following their sentencing hearing.
Jameson was sentenced to 10 months jail suspended for 18 months and was told to complete 150 hours of community work within 12 months and pay a victim surcharge of £140 and £85 in costs. He was also issued with a five-year football banning order.

Hide AdGrant, 22, and of Warwick Road, Bournemouth, was sentenced to eight months imprisonment suspended for 12 months. He is also required to complete 120 hours of community work within 12 months and pay a £140 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
Keiran Stephens, 24, of Derryvode, Ireland, was also sentenced to eight months imprisonment suspended for 12 months.
He was also handed a prohibited activity requirement restricting him from entering the UK for more than seven consecutive days on a rolling four weekly period in the next 12 months. He also has to pay a £750 fine, £140 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
Police Constable, Roisin Harris, said: ‘The actions of these three men show utter disregard for the rest of the travelling public, particularly families with children, as they incited violence within an extremely busy railway station.
