Daniel Male, of Florence Road, was given a 20-month jail term suspended for 20 months when he was sentenced at Portsmouth Crown Court last September.
But he was unable to quench his thirst for indecent pictures of children with the 36-year-old caught out once again.

The defendant was given a sexual harm prevention order for 10 years to curb his offending and protect society.
He was also given a six-month alcohol treatment programme with 25 rehabilitation days.
But despite being thrown a lifeline last time, Male was found ‘trading’ images over the internet via WhatsApp on October 28 – just 30 days after his sentence.

Hide AdMale’s lawyer, Howard Barrington-Clark, speaking at his client’s sentencing for his latest offence, said: ‘He is in a very precarious position and knows he could go to prison. But it is my job to persuade you otherwise.’
However, those pleas fell on deaf ears.
Recorder Karim Ezzat said: ‘A sexual harm prevention order is there to address concerns and is a way to regulate your life.
‘You were trading and sending images you shouldn't have been. When you appeared at court last September you probably left with a massive weight being lifted off your shoulders after not going to prison.
‘But within one month you were committing offences that were linked to the original offences and have breached your sexual harm prevention order.’

Male’s 20-month jail term was then activated with a further eight months added to the sentence taking the total jail term to 28 months.
