Two people arrested in Sarisbury Green after tractor is stolen

On Tuesday, November 24, a small red tractor was stolen from a farm in Sarisbury Green.
After police were called, officers found two people at the scene and arrested them.

Hide AdA spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘Swift work by our Response and Patrol colleagues resulted in two arrests in the Sarisbury area this week.
‘We’d been called at 6.30pm on Tuesday, November 24, with reports that a burglary had taken place at a local farm, during which a small red tractor had been stolen.
‘Officers attended, seized a vehicle which was at the scene and arrested two people.
‘During our enquiries, we recovered two motorbikes, one of which was suspected to have been stolen from the Burley area of the New Forest on November 9.’

Hide AdA 40-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of burglary, and a 32-year-old man from Hedge End was arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft of a motor vehicle.
Both men have been bailed until December 22.
