Ghostly goings-on in the forest
Joggers of all ages started the race from Lakeside North Harbour before entering Foxes Forest to be spooked.
Organiser Rob Piggott said: ‘We do this because it is fun and people like to dress up.

Stephanie Kitchen came with colleagues to the run.
The 26-year-old said: ‘We work at Wiggle which is in the Lakeside building and do a lot of sport with that and decided to join this because it is a really fun event.’
Stephanie and her friends dressed as Haribo sweets (inset).
She added: ‘At Wiggle when you order something you get Haribo so we thought it would be funny to dress at them.’
Lucy Cowlin and Marie Mitchinson used the run as part of marathon training.
Marie said: ‘I am training for the Manchester marathon and it is a bit of fun to dress up for Halloween and my dress is keeping my legs very warm so an added bonus.’
