Funeral date finally fixed for baby whose body was found in Portsmouth street in 2020
Little Ivory Rose was born in December 27, 2019 but died soon after when her mother, Lisa Blagden passed out and collapsed on top of her.
Her body was found in Old Commercial Road, Buckland almost a month later, on January 25, 2020.

Hide AdNow, more than a year on from the tragedy, baby Ivory Rose is set finally get the burial she deserves after her ‘blameless’ mother was cleared by a court of any wrongdoing.
The infant’s funeral is scheduled to take place next week, defence counsel Rebecca Strong told a hearing at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
Tributes have since been paid by people across the city. Writing on The News’s Facebook account, Lin Green said: ‘So sad. RIP little one, you can have a proper burial now and your mummy can visit you whenever she wants.’
Gillian Streeter added: RIP Ivory Rose. What a beautiful name for a beautiful angel baby.’

Hide AdReaders also voiced their sympathy for Ms Blagden, who the court heard had suffered a mental breakdown following the death of her child.
Cheryl Mcniff wrote: ‘How heartbreaking for both. RIP little one. And I hope the mother can get the help she needs to overcome this.’
Kerry Cullimore also extended her sympathies to Ms Blagden and her family and said: ‘Poor girl! So heartbreaking for both her and her baby.’
Katie Hyett added: ‘My thoughts and prayers are with the mum an the family of the baby. I truly hope she's getting the support needed.
