The variety bash at the Kings Theatre in Albert Road, Southsea, on Sunday, March 22 will help fund a refurbishment also comprising a new restaurant and a rooftop bar.
It comes after venue CEO, Paul Woolf, confirmed a multi-million pound loan for the scheme from Portsmouth City Council last week.
