Fareham motorcyclist, 19, injured after collision with car on A27 in Portchester - police update

As reported, police and paramedics attended the scene on the A27 Portchester Road around 4pm. Police have now revealed the motorcyclist was a 19-year-old man from Fareham.
A police statement: "Police were called at 4.13pm on Monday, 26 February, to reports of a collision on Portchester Road. The collision involved two vehicles; a car and motorbike. The rider of the motorbike, a 19-year-old man from Fareham, suffered minor injuries."

Hide AdEyewitness Hannah Russell said on Monday: "There was a car and motorcycle involved…the motorcyclist looked like he was taken into the back of an ambulance. It happened at a popular 'U-turn' point. The man getting stretchered off didn’t seem too good."
