Teenagers setto give back
Around 60 people are taking part in the National Citizens’ Programme in Portsmouth,
Youngsters aged between 16 and 17 will be volunteering to help out.

Hide AdSchemes in the past have included workshops, canoeing, camping and renovating Fratton Community Centre.
Clare Darlow, social action officer, said: ‘Three hundred young people from Portsmouth have already taken part in action projects across the area.
‘This summer 60 more volunteers will be using their energy to help others, working on various schemes within the city.
‘The NCP is certificated and recognised by employers, colleges and universities.’
