Man dies after orange Peugeot crashes into tree at night in Denmead, Hampshire

Police were called to a single-vehicle collision in Forest Road, Denmead, shortly after midnight on Saturday (April 15). The 60-year-old had been driving his orange Peugeot 1007 when it left the road and hit a tree.
Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, the man was pronounced dead. His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

Hide AdHampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary is continuing to investigate what happened. The force said: ‘An investigation into the exact circumstances of the collision is ongoing and we are keen to hear from anyone who can assist our enquiries.
