Dave Carter takes charge of AFC Portchester just hours after Moneyfields exit
It completes a whirlwind few hours with Moneyfields announcing he'd resign from his role as their boss earlier this afternoon.
Carter will drop down a division to the Wessex League Premier Division to take charge of the Royals.

Marty Wallace had been placed in interim charge but Carter has now taken up the role temporarily.
The Royals have made it known of their desire to reach the Southern League for the first time in their history in recent years.
During his five-year stay at Moneyfields Carter led them to promotion from the Wessex League Premier Division and into the Southern League South Division for the first time in 2017.
