Williams, out of contract at Borough, has signed a two-year deal with the Westleigh Park club.
He follows hot on the heels of central-defender Ryan Woodford who recently returned to the Hawks from Borough.

‘He is local and can play in two or three positions.
‘I have always been impressed with him whenever he has played against us.
‘He is very similar to Dan Strugnell in that he is a modern-day full-back who likes to get forward.
‘In recent years he has gained a lot of experience playing at a good level.
‘He is another player who is young, local and hungry to do well and that is what I am looking for.’
