Hide Ad'˜I think we might have a few beers on the way back after that,' said Poate.
'˜Our win was fully deserved and everyone was at it right from the start.
'˜We were three goals up by half-time and they could have had few complaints if it had been five or six.
'˜They were rocked back on their heels and couldn't cope with us.

Hide Ad'˜If we had won the game by eight or nine they wouldn't have argued about it.
'˜Our goalkeeper, Steve Mowthorpe, pulled off a couple of good saves in the first half but apart from that they hardly troubled us.'
Despite Evesham sitting third in the Southern League division one east, Moneyfields '“ who are one place above the relegation zone in the same division '“ stormed into a three-goal lead in the opening 33 minutes.
Dave Carter's visitors showed they were at it from the start and were denied by the woodwork on seven minutes.
