The Blues held the option of an additional year but chose not to trigger that clause.

They all arrived on the way to Pompey's Checkatrade Trophy triumph during the 2018-19 season, with the towering defender featuring in wins over Arsenal under-21s, Southend and Peterborough.
This campaign, Casey was out of the Blues first-team fray.
He joined the Hawks on loan in September but was sent back to Fratton Park by manager Paul Doswell after just two appearances.
Casey then joined Bognor after the turn of the year and scored one goal in eight appearances during their Isthmian League premier division campaign.

He wasn't required, however, as the Blues suffered a penalty shootout defeat to Oxford in the semi-finals.
Casey is now preparing to train with Yeovil when they return to training, after losing to Barnet in their National League play-off eliminator last week.
However, Yeovil manager Darren Sarll will again run the rule over Casey as he seeks to win a contract at Huish Park.
