Ex-Portsmouth and Wigan boss Paul Cook heavy bookies' favourite for Bristol City job

Cook's been out of work since leaving Wigan in July following their relegation to League One.
The Latics finished 13th last season before being hit with a 12-point deduction for entering administration.
