‘There’s no one banging the door down about one or two of the players on the fringe.
‘We don’t necessarily need to do it, though.
‘We’re not just going to say we need this position and go right down (a list of targets).

‘People going out might be separate anyway because if the right move comes up for the right one then fine.
‘It’s not necessarily a situation where we’re waiting to improve but one needs to go out.
‘Each one is judged on their merits. I don’t see the point of letting players go unless we benefit from it.’
