'Much better... looked great going forward... breath of fresh air' - Portsmouth fans' reaction to win at Burton
A breathtaking Marcus Harness hat-trick was the highlight of the day, with his goals helping Kenny Jackett’s side overcome a 2-1 scoreline at the break.
Jack Whatmough got the other goal in Pompey’s first League One win of the season.

Hide AdThe victory takes the Blues up to 11th in the table – well clear, position-wise, of the relegation place they occupied before kick-off.
Here’s what supporters on social media had to say at the final whistle.
@move_it: Well played Pompey. Much better. Players had conviction today.
Kept going for 90 mins. Still Att.Midfielder to assist converting the crosses. Its not been Jacket’s fault so far, its the players but today and hopefully from today, they turned up. Onwards!

Hide AdIf Jackett can turn this around then fair play but it'll take some more than 1 win to change my opinion.
@RussellRussjm: That’ll do nicely.
@AlanRodhouse: Much better, looked great going forward. Brilliant from @MarcusHarness.
Need to tighten up at the back as gave sloppy goals away. Can't complain...PUP !
@BlueArmyAlex: More of that and Jackett can leave on a high.
@FreddieNelson7: Smashed it today. Hat-trick Harness!
@_dariogonzalo: I love Jackett.
@Clarkeyboy12345: If only we attacked like that every week.
@KCobbolds: That performance was a breath of fresh air.
