Portsmouth announce ticket groups for Peterborough game and answer further questions regarding supporters' return
Final plans for a maximum of 2,000 fans have been submitted to the Safety Advisory Group, with the Blues hopeful they’ll be rubber-stamped for fans to return to Fratton Park.
Groups to attend the first match back against the Posh have now been allocated. The Fratton End, Milton End and North Stand will be open, while those who attend will need to follow a code of conduct, use hand sanitiser stations and wear face mask at all times when not in their seats.

Hide AdFlexi-season ticket holders in groups C and M – as well as members in group three’ – will be able to purchase tickets for the fixture against Darren Ferguson’s Peterborough.
Tickets go on sale online at 7am on Wednesday, December 2 for those eligible and from 9am via the phoneline.
Any unsold tickets will be made available to all flexi-season ticket holders on a first come, first served basis the following day.

Who can buy tickets for home games?

Hide AdThe club made flexi-season tickets and memberships available to buy ahead of the current season and supporters were asked to place themselves and members of their social bubble into a group.
Ahead of each game, a draw will be made to randomly allocate which groups will be able to buy tickets for that fixture. The majority of tickets for each game will be made available for flexi-season ticket holders to buy, with a small percentage available for members.
If there are some tickets available after flexi-season ticket holders/members from a specific groups have had the chance to secure seats, then any remaining tickets will be sold to all flexi-season ticket holders on a first come, first served basis.
In the event of guidelines changing and a larger attendance allowed, then the club can make games available to more flexi-season ticket/membership groups.

Hide AdOnce a flexi-season ticket/membership group has been allocated a game, they will not be allocated another until all groups have been allocated a fixture.
How do I know what group I’m in?
Flexi-season ticket holders and members have been emailed with their group. If you have not received this please check your junk folders.
Supporters can also log into their eticketing account and their group will be displayed on the notification bar on the right-hand side of the page.
Can I buy tickets for other supporters in my social 'bubble'?

Hide AdIf your group has been allocated a game, you will be able to purchase seats in 'pods' of up to six people, assuming they are all in the same flexi-season ticket/membership group.
You must have the Client ID number of any other supporter you are buying a ticket for.
The number of tickets you are buying must correspond to the size of the 'pod'. For example, if you are buying three tickets, you will only be able to buy seats in a 'pod' of three. Click here for more details about buying tickets and seating 'pods'.
Can I use any credit in my account to purchase tickets?
Yes, when you arrive at the checkout there will be an option to use any credit in your account. Please note that if you are buying tickets on behalf of other people, you will only be able to use credit from your own account.
Can people who live in a 'Tier 3' area attend the game?

How do I buy tickets?

Can away fans buy tickets for Pompey home games?
No, the club will currently only be selling tickets to Pompey fans.
Do I have to wear a mask if I am attending a game?
All supporters should wear a face covering when they are entering, exiting or moving around (eg, using the toilets) the stadium.

Hide AdSupporters are only permitted to remove their face covering when they are sat in their designated seat.
There are some exemptions, including children under the age of 11, people who cannot wear or remove a face covering because of an illness, impairment or disability, or if you are providing assistance to someone who relies on lip reading, clear sound or facial expressions to communicate.
If I cannot get a ticket for a game, will I still be able to watch it on iFollow?
With a limited number of fans permitted to attend, matches will continue to be streamed via the club’s iFollow service.
Am I still able to buy a flexi-season ticket or membership?

Hide AdFlexi-season tickets are no longer on sale. Supporters are still able to purchase memberships and will be randomly allocated a group.
If you are buying for more than person and want to make sure they are in the same group, then please make sure to purchase the memberships in the same transaction.
