Tottenham loanee Harvey White's lack of minutes addressed by Portsmouth boss
That is the verdict of Kenny Jackett, who has been impressed with the midfielder's 'quality' since arriving at Fratton Park.
White joined the Blues on loan from Tottenham during the January transfer window but has been confined to a bit-part role so far.

The Blues are under no pressure from Premier League heavyweights Spurs to play White, though, with the onus on him to win a regular starting spot.
And despite his lack of minutes, the Maidstone-born lad has been catching the eye of Jackett.
The Pompey boss said: ‘Harvey played an excellent pass right at the end against Swindon on Tuesday (a 2-0 win) that nearly played Ellis Harrison in.

‘Tottenham wanted him to come in, compete and have this experience.

Although he still awaits his chance at Fratton Park, Jackett reckons the move away from the Londoners is boding well for the England youth international’s career.
He added: ‘It's a good experience for him. It's his first loan and he is a really good young player.
‘You can see the quality when he comes on what he can bring to our team.’
