However, Torquay boss Gary Johnson is hoping the keeper's setback is not too serious.
Bass, on loan at the Gulls for the campaign, picked up his complaint during his side's 2-2 National League South draw at Woking on Saturday.

Bass underwent a scan on his injury and Torquay await the results.
Gulls boss Johnson told Devon Live: '˜Alex's knee has certainly swelled up a bit and it looks like some sort of medial ligament damage.
'˜He finished the game and managed to carry on kicking, so hopefully it's not too bad, but we need to find out what's gone on in there.'
