Fantastic Fola fires for double… Sophie shows she’s sprint sensation
On Saturday the Portsmouth sprinter had a great win in the under-13 girls’ 100m. She stormed away from her rivals to take the title in dominant fashion with a time of 13.16.
Aldershot athletes Emily Lucas and Samara Afonughe fought hard but they had to settle for second and third respectively.

Hide AdThe City youngster repeated her success on Sunday in the 200m finishing in 28.72 which was a huge margin of 0.6 of a second clear of second-placed athlete Grace Weeks, from Winchester, who ran 29.32.
Sophie Brame did the double as well in the under-17 age group. She won the 100m in 12.98 on Saturday and then took the 200m title in 26.45 on Sunday.
Ella-May Sprake finished third in the 100m on Saturday with a time of 13.19.
In the under-17 women’s 300m Poppy Herbert picked up the silver medal in 42.11.
