The Fareham Wheelers ace had already confirmed his senior A division and junior titles before racking up six wins in week 14.
He was joined on the winners’ podium by former club-mate Caitlin Peters and Portsmouth North End (PNE) talent Elliot Cox.

Hide AdPeters, who now sports the colours of i-Team, took the women’s title and also finished third in the youth A division.
Meanwhile, Cox triumphed in a thrilling battle with PNE team-mate Owen Giles to lead home a fine one-two for the club in the youth B ranks.
The final round of the league campaign, which started back in November, saw Collins win the 28-lap scratch race, points contest, unknown distance battle, sprint, scratch race and the 2km scratch event.
Having led the competition from start to finish, he topped the overall standings from i-Team duo TJ Nel and Harvey McNaughton.

Hide AdIn youth action, the final A division points and scratch races were won by Wheelers talent Vaughan Marris.
He also finished second in the sprint as he ended the series as runner-up.
Cox won the B division points and sprint battles on the final weekend, while team-mate Giles took the scratch race.
In the C division, Jude Beaton (PNE) signed off with second in the handicap.
She finished eighth in the overall standings, while her sister Ella was seventh in the D division.
